Astra Technology Pvt. Ltd. (Company Registration No. 319556/080/081 under the

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") outline the terms for using the shrigo.com website
("ShriGo") and its related products and services ("Services"). This is a legally binding
contract between you and ShriGo. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by
these terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.
Definitions
- Astra Technology: A company providing reliable IT services in Nepal.
- ShriGo: A product of Astra Technology, enabling creation of websites and
eCommerce stores.
- Terms and Conditions: Rules and agreements that govern Vendors, Buyers, and
ShriGo.
- Customer Service: Support available via email at shrigoapp@gmail.com.
Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old. False information is the user's sole responsibility. ShriGo
disclaims all liability for unauthorized use.
ShriGo Opening
To sign up, Vendors and Buyers must fill out the required form and accept these terms. Details
may vary based on requested services.
Account Maintenance and Safety
- Information must be accurate and up-to-date.
- ShriGo may contact you using provided details.
- Vendors can manage operations through their dashboard.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds between Buyers and Vendors are handled independently.
- Users must keep login details secure and update passwords regularly.
- Suspicious activity should be reported immediately.
- ShriGo may suspend accounts for violations or fraud.
Account Closure
Vendors and Buyers may request account deletion by contacting Customer Service. ShriGo will
de-identify user data.
Vendor Terms
- Vendors must comply with legal requirements and provide accurate listings.
- Banned or misleading listings are prohibited.
- Offline solicitation is not allowed.
- Vendors are liable for fulfilling orders or issuing refunds when necessary.
Intellectual Property
Users must respect copyrights. Infringing content may be removed upon complaint.
Commercial Terms
All commercial agreements are strictly between Buyers and Vendors. ShriGo facilitates services
but does not intervene in these agreements.
Vendor Representation
ShriGo does not guarantee any vendor or listing. Users should verify independently.
Product/Service Details
ShriGo does not endorse or validate vendor content. Errors or omissions are the vendor’s
responsibility.
Online Transactions
- ShriGo charges a 2% transaction fee (VAT not included) for online payments.
- Payments are disbursed to vendors every Monday (subject to delays).
- Transactions made outside the online payment method are not ShriGo’s responsibility.
Facilitator Role
ShriGo only acts as a platform and does not assume liability for buyer-vendor contracts.
Complaint Handling
Complaints are directed to the vendor. ShriGo may assist in resolution by providing relevant
information.
Subscription Cancellation Policy
- Process: Cancel via your dashboard.
- Refund: Subscription fees are non-refundable.
- Billing: Cancellations are effective at the end of the billing cycle.
- Fees: No hidden cancellation charges.
- Confirmation: You will receive an email upon cancellation.
General Terms
- ShriGo may charge fees for certain services in the future.
- Users confirm they are not legally restricted from using the platform.
- Accounts cannot be transferred without written consent from ShriGo.
- Users must not post misleading or offensive content or engage in illegal activities.
- ShriGo may remove inappropriate content and monitor activity.
- Users are responsible for interactions with third-party advertisers.
- Users agree to indemnify ShriGo for any losses caused by their actions.
