The Standard Terms and Conditions mentioned on this page shall determine, manage and regulate your use of the ShriGo web app accessible under shrigo.com. This website shrigo.com is operated by Astra Technology Pvt. Ltd. (Company Registration No 319556/080/081 under Company Registrar’s Office of Ministry of Industries, Commerce and Supplies of Government of Nepal)

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") outline the terms for using the shrigo.com website ("ShriGo") and its related products and services ("Services"). This Agreement is a legally binding contract between you and ShriGo. By accessing and using the Services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using this website or application immediately.

ShriGo grants you a limited privilege to use the website, subject to compliance with these terms. If you are representing a business or legal entity, you confirm your authority to bind them to this Agreement. The Platform facilitates transactions between any business or person ("Vendors"), and customers who order or buy something or visit a vendor's site (“Buyers”). Buyers can place orders for products and services listed by Vendors on the ShriGo Platform.

This Agreement is binding, governing your use of the Services. The content on the Platform is for general information of any product or services, and professional advice is recommended before acting based on it.

1. Definitions: 

1. Astra Technology: Astra Technology is a company dedicated to providing easy, effective and reliable information technology (IT) services in Nepal. 

2. ShriGo: ShriGo is a product of Astra Technology which is an all-in-one solution for effortlessly creating stunning websites and powerful ecommerce stores. 

3. Terms and Conditions: These refer to all the points of information, rule, regulations and amendments mentioned on this page and act as an agreement between the Vendors, Buyers and ShriGo. 

4. Customer Service: This refers to the availability of assistance and advice provided by our company to our clients which can be reached via email shrigoapp@gmail.com

2. Eligibility:

1.  You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. If you are below 18 years old, you should stop using this website or application immediately. By using our services and agreeing to this agreement, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

2. The Company is not responsible for any false information provided by the user, including their age. The user and/or their legal guardian will be solely responsible for any consequences in accordance with the laws.

3. The Company denies any responsibility for unauthorized use of the platform and disclaims all liability. If you are a minor, any third-party liability arising from your use of the platform is also disclaimed by the Company.

3. ShriGo Opening: 

1. The procedure to sign-up to ShriGo requires you, Vendors and Buyers to provide all the necessary details mentioned in our sign-up form and also to accept these Terms and Conditions. The type and detail of information required can vary according to the additional services requested by you from ShriGo. 

2. All the information provided during the sign-up and verification process, as well as all the additional data that may be required for services, must be accurate and correct.
   
   

4. Account Maintenance and Safety:

1. The Vendors and Buyers must ensure that all the information provided to ShriGo is accurate, correct and up to date. 

2. ShriGo may communicate with the Vendors and Vendors may communicate with Buyers using the data they have provided.

3. The Vendors can track all their orders, products, transactions on ShriGo via their respective vendor portal on shrigo.com. 

4. Vendors subscription is not refundable. Vendors cannot claim to refund their subscription amount with ShriGo.

5. If Buyers request a refund for any order or transaction with Vendors on ShriGo, ShriGo is not responsible. Buyers and Vendors must handle refunds independently.

6. It is the responsibility of the Vendors and Buyers to take any reasonable steps in ensuring the secrecy of their login details. The Vendors and Buyers should never disclose their login details to anybody. 

7. The Vendors and Buyers should change their login password in regular intervals (every 3-6 months) to reduce the possibility of a security breach. 

8. In the case that the Vendors and Buyers suspect that their login details have been lost, stolen or altered, they should immediately contact ShriGo’s Customer Service. 

9. ShriGo holds the right to suspend entirely or limit some of the functionalities of a Vendors and Buyers account on reasonable grounds relating to the unauthorized or fraudulent use of its Services or if the Terms and Conditions have been breached by the Vendors and Buyers.
   
   

5. ShriGo Closing: The Vendors and Buyers have the right to request for the termination of their ShriGo account any time that they see fit. In order to do so, the Vendors and Buyers must contact the Customer Service and follow further instructions. ShriGo will de-identify their accounts.
   
   

6. Vendors Terms: Vendors on ShriGo can list products and services for sale but must not sell banned items or violate any laws. They confirm they're legally allowed to sell listed products and agree to accurate descriptions. Products must be kept in stock, and offline solicitation with buyers is prohibited. Misleading listings are not allowed, and if the product doesn't match the description, vendors must refund buyers. Any misuse of the platform may lead to account suspension or permanent removal.
   
   

7. Intellectual Property Rights: Vendors and Users must respect intellectual property rights. ShriGo may remove content that infringes on copyrights and responds to infringement reports.
   
   

8. Commercial Terms: All terms between Vendors and Buyers, such as price, taxes, and delivery details, are solely agreed upon by them. ShriGo facilitates support services but doesn't control or advise on these terms.
   
   

9. Vendors Representation: ShriGo doesn't guarantee vendor specifics and advises users to verify vendor credibility independently.
   
   

10. Product/Service Details: ShriGo doesn't endorse product/service specifics and is not liable for errors or omissions by vendors or third parties.
    
    

11. Online Transactions: ShriGo will charge a 3% fee on every transaction including VAT made through the "Online Payment" option and will disburse the transaction payment to the vendor every Monday. However, please note that disbursements may be delayed, and ShriGo does not guarantee immediate payment. ShriGo does not guarantee buyer-vendor transactions and is not responsible for non-performance, delays, or unsatisfactory services if the transaction payment option is not "Online Payment".
    
    

12. Facilitator Role: ShriGo operates as a facilitator, not taking possession of products or assuming liabilities. The contract is strictly between the buyer and the vendor.
    
    

13. Complaints Handling: Complaints about products or services are directed to the vendor, and the ShriGo assists in providing relevant information for resolution.
    
    

14. Subscription Cancellation Policy: By subscribing to our services, you agree to the following terms regarding subscription cancellations:

1. Cancellation Process: To cancel your subscription, log in to your account and follow the cancellation process outlined in the subscription section.

2. Refund Policy: Subscription fees are non-refundable.

3. Billing Cycle: Cancellation requests are effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

4. No Hidden Charges: We do not impose hidden fees for cancellations.

5. Communication: You will receive a confirmation email upon successful cancellation.

15. General Term: 

1. ShriGo acts as a platform facilitator, leaving commercial terms and transaction details to be determined solely between buyers and vendors. 

2. ShriGo may introduce fees for certain services, and vendors & buyers are advised to stay informed about any changes in terms or policies. 

3. Vendors and Buyers confirm there are no legal actions against them that could hinder their obligations under this agreement. They cannot transfer their account without the ShriGo's written permission.

4. Vendors and Buyers agree not to share misleading, offensive, or prohibited content. They must not violate laws, infringe on rights, or engage in illegal activities.

5. Vendors and Buyers commit to using the platform ethically, avoiding unauthorized access attempts or misuse. ShriGo has the right to monitor and remove inappropriate content.

6. Vendors and Buyers are responsible for their dealings with advertisers on the platform. ShriGo is not liable for any losses incurred during such interactions.

7. Vendors and Buyers confirm compliance with these terms, ensuring they don't conflict with other agreements. They are responsible for any losses incurred by ShriGo due to their actions.
